Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter is Quantum Pacific Limited (“the Promoter”), a New Zealand registered company.

1. Eligibility
   • Open to New Zealand residents only.
   • Entrants must be 18 years or older.
   • Employees of the Promoter, its associated companies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
   • Limit of one prize per person.

1. Promotion Period

• Promotion Period: The promotion starts at 12.01 am on 1st September 2025 and ends at 11.59 pm on 28^th December 2025 or when stickered stock is exhausted in the ordinary course of trade, whichever occurs first. For the avoidance of doubt, stickered stock may remain on shelves after the end date and Golden or Silver Tickets found in such stock may still be claimed in accordance with these Terms.

1. • Claim long-stop: All prizes must be claimed by 5.00 pm on 31^st August 2026. Claims received after the long-stop date will not be accepted.

1. How to Enter
   • Purchase any specially marked Active Gold, Silver, or Rapid pack displaying a promotional sticker.
   • Open the pack to check for a prize ticket (Golden or Silver).
   • No additional entry steps are required.

1. Prizes
   • Golden Tickets (3 available):
     • Each Golden Ticket winner will receive a Mystery Weekend Getaway for 2 people, including:
       • 2 nights’ accommodation for 2 people
       • Return economy-class flights for two people from one of the following New Zealand airports only: Auckland, Christchurch, Wellington, Queenstown, Dunedin, or Nelson.
       • NZ$500 spending money
     • Prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be taken within 6 months of prize claim.
     • Exclusions: Travel insurance, meals not expressly included, ground transfers, parking, excess baggage, incidentals and any other costs are the winner’s responsibility.
     • Booking and travel window: Travel must be booked at least 14 days before departure and completed within 12 months of the date the prize is claimed, subject to availability. Travel may be unavailable during public holidays, school holidays and major events.
     • Changes: Once issued, tickets may be non-changeable or subject to airline or supplier fees, at the winner’s cost.
     • Companion: The winner and companion must travel together on the same itinerary and dates.
   • Silver Tickets (multiple available):
     • Each Silver Ticket winner will receive an Active product bundle selected by the Promoter from its current range, with a total recommended retail value of NZ$45.
     • Silver Ticket prizes are not described on the sticker and are offered as additional prizes to encourage participation.
   • Only stickered packs of Active Gold, Silver, or Rapid are eligible. Packs without stickers are not part of this promotion.

1. Prize Redemption
   • Winners must follow the instructions on their prize ticket.
   • To claim, winners must send an email to the email on the ticket and include:
     • The unique code on the ticket
     • Their full name
     • A photo of themselves holding the ticket
     • A contact phone number
   • The Promoter may require sighting of the original ticket and packaging and may require proof of age and identity.
   • Tickets that are altered, damaged, defaced, forged, photocopied, or otherwise tampered with are invalid. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
   • The Promoter will acknowledge valid claims within 5 Business Days and will complete verification within a further 10 Business Days.

1. Unclaimed or unavailable prizes
   • If a prize is not validly claimed by the long-stop date, or a winner is ineligible, the prize is forfeited. If any element of a prize is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. No cash alternative is offered.

1. Privacy and Publicity
   • The Promoter will collect and use personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion and awarding prizes. The Promoter’s privacy policy applies.
   • By accepting a prize, a winner agrees to the Promoter using their name, suburb and non-sensitive photographs for reasonable publicity without further payment, subject to the Privacy Act 2020.

1. General
   • All decisions made by the Promoter are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
   • The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, damaged, late, or misdirected claims, or for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of participating in this promotion or accepting a prize.
   • Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
   • To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms limits consumers’ rights under the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any applicable consumer law.
   • If the promotion cannot run as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may suspend, cancel or vary the promotion to the minimum extent necessary.
